grilled zucchini and bell peppers marinated in pureed garlic, lime juice and salt & pepper.
quinoa with toasted almonds, dried cranberries, garlic, lemon, parsley, red onion… i really can’t remember what all got chopped up and thrown into this salad – which angers me – as it can never be replicated the same way again. my own fault.
crispy oven roasted potatoes and onions with steamed broccoli.
fruit salad. lots of fruit. again – don’t remember the details.
it was a group effort – and it was delicious!
